The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Axiom Trader AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our explicit written consent.
The AI analyst feature uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses. AI-generated analysis may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading decision. We are not responsible for losses resulting from acting on AI-generated analysis.
Market data is sourced from Binance, Finnhub, and other third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
